Proof Jesus is Messiah

Please note: - this book has been reorganised, due to web page technicalities. ------
We need to have a conviction on all that we believe, you may ask why? You very well may think that you don’t need to on this subject, because you accept that Jesus is the promised Messiah, that’s good----, but there are great reasons for having convictions of the truth in God’s word given.
First, there may come, in your life time, a great test to your belief; any manner of things can test our faith, and many things are written of in the Scriptures/Gospels that will and can.
One thing that makes it important to know by conviction, that Jesus is the promised Messiah, is to teach others who doubt the fact, and there are many who do doubt; for example, other religions which are not Christian, some Jews, many of the people Israel who are not sectarian, like the government of Israel at the time of their taking back Jerusalem, then promptly going against Gods orders to them, by giving control of Jerusalem Temple mount to the Islam.
To teach those who come to be taught we need to have good knowledge without any doubts, and that no one can refute the truth doctrine.
Where to start? Here is something Jesus said in Luke 24:44 “And he said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you, while I was yet with you, that all things written in the Law of Moses, and in the Prophets, and in the Psalms concerning me, must be fully accomplished.” -- Well then here’s a study to be done, but first this:-
I just have to do this: Let me point out straight; God has a testimony in Isaiah Ch 53. that is full on as to the description the character of Jesus; God testifies that Jesus is a man just as we are, not fully man fully God as some teach in error, but fully man, there is not the hint at all that Jesus is anything but man as we are in his testimony. It proves that Jesus was predetermined, but was not yet born at that point of time.
Then we have the promise to King David in 2 Samuel CH 7. We are clearly told that Jesus is not God, nor did Jesus come from the Highest Heaven as a being, Jesus did not come down from the Highest Heaven! Clearly Jesus came from the natural seed issue, and that was from the loins of King David!
Joseph was the man who fathered Jesus, and he is the direct lineage from King David, so therefore the seed issue from Joseph is what fathered Jesus; neither King David or Joseph were ever written of as being God on Earth, or having come down from Highest Heaven, but they both played their part in the birth of Jesus, and who after having been chastised with the rod of men and disciplined by God in his younger years, became worthy to be the servant of God, and his service was that of becoming the Christ. This in no way implies that Jesus came down from Heaven as God or a god.
This then proves that the one who came into being, born of the Woman who was virgin before the conception, the baby child called Jesus, was indeed the one that God told us of through Isaiah and King David, that Jesus, is the messiah!

2

Knowing these things then, we now have to look at some of the things written into the Gospels, and we can clearly see a confusion of accounts in the matter of Jesus Christ, therefore we have to look back to see what may have happened that may have caused that confusion.
Constantine has much to answer for in the altering of the original teachings of Jesus the Christ, it was his decision to call Jesus God, and he did so by his own erroneous decree that Jesus was of the same essence of God, being his son. What an error, what arrogance, what lack of knowledge and understanding from God this man Constantine had, and he did it against those who taught the original Gospel of Jesus, and also against his own company of Bishops, totally ignoring their written statements, by burning them; the treat of death was to those who did not go along with Constantine’s regime, and many died.
Roman Catholic church is the church of Constantine, by their own admission; They for many centuries kept the word of God manuscripts, and no one who was outside of the office of their church, was allowed a copy of the Bible that Constantine had put together, the Old testament was already established, but Constantine’s regime decided what copies went into the Latin Bible,
Many unauthorised copies of the Gospels were available in those days, and the likes of Constantine had no understanding to guide him to select the original copies, even if he did have them; the disastrous result of which was kept written in Latin and kept from the people.
Many people died gruesome deaths at the hands of the Roman Catholic church, for translating and publishing the Bible, and the misfortune for the Bible today is that it was translated from the Bible put together and altered to suit Constantine’s church! This mainly affected the Gospels of the New Testament; they had hundreds of years to alter the Gospels to suit themselves! They were the only ones to have all they needed to do so, but for one most important thing which they chose to ignore, that is, God’s authority!
O.K looks like I have gone into another subject here, but you can read more about by clicking on “Constantine” in the Beliefs button on the Home page.
What we need as Christians is to know who our deceiver is, some people see confusion in the Bible, I have had many people come to me, and they are frustrated with what they read, and that against what they hear, they are confused; if you will receive that which I have written here, then you can break free of any confusion, you will then be able to read the Scriptures/Gospels and gain understandings which will lead to your convictions of the truth, and then in turn you can become obedient to God in the way in which God requires, and not the way Man requires of you.
We as Christians have to know who Jesus Christ is; we have to “Believe into him”--- into! Jesus says, we have to believe all those things written about him in the Prophets as far back as Moses, and in the Psalms, and there is where we find the true testimonies from God about Jesus, and it is those which tell us that some parts of the Gospels in the New testament have been altered and spuriously added in, with the possibility that some maybe innocent misinterpretation.

YOU MUST EXAMINE ALL SPIRITS---THEN KNOW THAT MAN HAS PERVERTED SOME OF THE BIBLE
Read John.6:38. "For I have come down from Heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me". --- there is more to read in that chapter that tells those of wisdom that Jesus never said/ meant that at all, EG. v41, "I am the bread that came down from Heaven", and does not mean that Jesus himself came down from Heaven, but that the Bread being the word of life, which came down from Heaven, from God to Jesus, not Jesus having himself come down. There are a few more like this scattered throughout the Bible, and some of them are in the Books of John.

Examine the spirit, and gain a conviction from the exact knowledge given by God, and read and study this page of Proof Jesus is Messiah, because Jesus says that to believe into him, we must believe all that written of him in the Scriptures of Moses, and of the Prophets, and Psalms. I have provided a study to make it easier for you to pick up on the exact Knowledge given me from God.

One thing is clear, that through those who have not the understanding given from God, and who do not understand that some things are written as figurative (Not actual, a Metaphor) and some things are literal (Meant as they are worded), look up in your dictionary, and know that John 6:38 is Figurative, as if you have patience with this, and read on you will see for yourself one example well presented for your learning, and to come to a Conviction. ------ The above writings have been added in to this original page. ------

Daniel 9:24-27 and History perfect proof

It is written that Solomon not David had the first Temple at Jerusalem physically built, and that it was David who instigated the building of it, and that this was torn down by Nebuchadnezzar’s rule, condoned by God, because of transgressions of the people Israel.
From the Septuagint or LXX. Greek to English translation of the original Hebrew Manuscripts: now in Dan chapter 9 verse 25, we see that the Temple is to be rebuilt, this will be the second Temple, and before Jesus takes up his Ministry.

4

Dan 9:24 “Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy Holy City, for sin to be ended, and to seal up transgressions, and to blot out the iniquities, and to make atonement for iniquities, and to bring in everlasting righteousness , and to seal the vision and the Prophet, and to Anoint the most Holy.” – To Anoint the Most Holy, this is Jesus being made the Christ.
And here’s the order of things, showing that the second Temple built before Jesus becomes Christ, therefore proving Jesus is the Messiah verse 25. “And thou shalt know and understand, that from the going fourth of the command for the answer and for the building of Jerusalem until Christ the Prince there shall be seven weeks, and sixty two weeks: and then time shall return, and the street shall be built, and the wall and the times shall be exhausted.” – So there it is, the temple is to be rebuilt before Jesus takes up his Ministry.

Now you have to ask yourself, who else was claiming to be Jesus the Christ at that very time, and who else did all and said all that Jesus did at that time, who else fulfilled many Prophecies at that time, and who else died on the Cross claiming to be the Messiah at the time? History has it that no one else to the fullness of Jesus the Christ was at his time.
Now here’s the weight of evidence that Jesus is the promised Messiah: verse 26. “And after the sixty two weeks, the Anointed one shall be destroyed, and there is no judgment in him:” --- let me say here, who else stepped up for the horrible death that Jesus suffered, and without complaining? Only Jesus did! – Jesus died for the truth, he surely would not have died for a lie, and history records that Jesus did die at that time. To continue v26. “And he shall destroy the city and the sanctuary with the prince that is coming” – And that’s history recorded, in 70AD, the Romans came and completely destroyed the rebuilt Temple, and that is how it is today, Totally destroyed, to continue – “They shall be cut off with a flood, and to the end of the war which is rapidly completed he shall appoint the city to desolations.” – The flood mentioned here is not of water, but of a rushing surge of a great number of soldiers as if a flood of water. What is clear, is that the Temple was destroyed by the Romans, just as Jesus said it would be, for example, Matt 24:1-2 “And Jesus went out and departed from the Temple: and his disciples came to him for to show him the building of the Temple. And Jesus said unto them, see ye not all these things? Verily I say to you, there shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.” -- Remember Jesus had been crucified and raised again, before this actually did happen, and it was before his crucifixion, that he prophesied the second destruction of the Temple of Jerusalem.
What have we got that we can see plainly for ourselves: before the rebuilt Temple at Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans, there was a man named Jesus, who was the only one who did and said what he did, the only one to be just as the scriptures prophesied, there has been no one before him, and there has been no one since, who has fulfilled all that was Prophesied in the old Scriptures, and in the exact way in which they were fulfilled; it is Jesus the Messiah who is the Alpha and Omega, which means he is the first and the last Man to be the Messiah: so then, the Temple has been destroyed, which means the messiah has been, remember Jesus was the only one possible to be

5

Considered the Messiah, he therefore was Jesus, or Yeshua, the Christ, or Saviour, through God the Father, or YHWH, Yahweh. (YHVH)
What’s more, since that time many Prophecies have been fulfilled or unfolding, which also indicate that the time for the Messiah to have come the first time is gone, for instance, look at what has and is happening with the People Israel today times, they are regrouping, the dispersal is ending, they won the 1967 six day war against all odds, what was it now 600,000 Israelis against the Arab world of many millions, three or more nations against them, I haven’t the exact figures at present, but all nations were astonished at how the people Israel have regained themselves, and with so few population; it is all part of prophecy and shows clearly that God himself is with them:( edit... these secular, and sectarian people lead by a largely secular Government, the people Israel, and also the people Judah, who in their Orthodox, and Mosaic state, some) are a blinded people, blinded by God because of their unbelief of the Messiah being Jesus, yet, these people are Gods “Peculiar” people, his particular people; God is working with them right now times, guiding and manoeuvring them, and also punishing them for disobedience: Prophecy is unfolding at a very steady rate, and when observed correctly, shows that We, in the Scriptural, and Historical sense, are passed the time of the Messiah having come prophecies, and indeed we are close to the second coming of the Messiah, who is Jesus the Christ, the immortal man that God has chosen.
We need conviction
We need to have conviction in order that we can give conviction, so what does this mean? It means being convinced, being in a convinced state, that we have a firm belief; when God teaches he covers a vast and varied area of Knowledge, leaving no doubt in your mind, which puts you in the position when some one might try to argue you down, you have a good knowledge and cover all aspects of required knowledge to have a conviction; having said that we now need to study what is written in the Scriptures, of the Old Testament, Genesis, in Moses writings, has account of the coming Messiah, and then there is what God gave the Prophets, and King David and Isaiah are two major ones, the revelations of a Messiah to come, here are some of them.
Genesis 12:7 “And the Lord appeared to Abram, and said to him, I will give this land to thy seed. And Abram built an Altar there to the Lord.” If you look on you will see other written accounts of this promise from God to Abram (Abraham): Now we need to look at the understandings given to Paul, so go to Galatians 3:16. “Now to Abraham were the promises spoken, even for his seed. He does not say “And to the seeds,” as concerning many, but as concerning one; “And to thy seed” --- who is Christ.” --- So there we have confirmation of what this scripture actually means, through Paul, and Paul is the one who was taken up in spirit to be taught by Jesus, and Paul is also the one who Jesus speaking clearly through and without Parables, just as he promised the Apostles and us that he would. Now then we can have a conviction of belief on that matter.
Now if we look further in Genesis, we see that not only was it that Abram was promised that his seed would produce the Christ or Messiah, but the promise was carried on through to Abraham’s son Isaac as in Gen 26:3-4. And Jacob, Isaac’s son, Gen 28:13-14.

6

Abraham was also only sojourning (living temporarily, or not looking for ownership, or permanence) on this land, he never at any time took ownership on the land inheritance, he only came and went from time to time to the Promised Land, why? Because Abraham knew that a Messiah was to come, and Abraham was looking for a City not built by hands, God had told Abraham of what was to come in a Messiah, and also of the New Heavens and new Earth, and the New city coming down from Heaven from God. (Rev. 21: 1-2).
Moses
Has accounts of the Messiah to come, one of them being from the Old Testament Book, and one of the five books of Moses, that is Deuteronomy and Chapter 18:18-19 “I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him”. Now then, to back up the fact that this is Jesus the Messiah spoken of here, we look to see what the Apostles of Christ tell us that it means: Go to Acts 3:22-23 “For Moses truly said unto the Fathers, a Prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall you hear in all things what so ever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that Prophet, shall be destroyed among the people.” ----- Then read on in verses 24-26, which tell us that Samuel, and those Prophets after him foretell of the Messiah.
Now in the same light look at John 1:45 “ Phillip findeth Nathanael, and said unto him, we have found him, of who Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
Some things to note here, the Apostles are sure they have found the Messiah, his name being Jesus, and the another, God tells us that this Messiah is a Man that he commands what to say and do, this tells us that Jesus the Christ was not God himself, but was that which was promised from the Loins and seed issue of King David, and Josephs Great Great Grandfather so many times back, was King David: now we can see clearly that even though Jesus was of a Virgin birth, the conception actually occurred by the seed issue from Josephs loins, but done without bodily flesh touching; God using his Holy Spirit powers to intervene, and make adjustments to the seed issue from Joseph, so as to bring to be an obedient Flesh Man as his servant, this servant being Jesus, who God was well pleased with, and therefore was Judged worthy of being the Messiah. Now the proof of Joseph being of the direct lineage of King David can be found in Matthew Chapter 1: verses 1 to 17; also note that King David came in a direct line from Abraham, and Abraham was told of the Messiah to come from his seed, and worthy to note at this time, also that the” New City Jerusalem which is not going to be built by hand, will come down out of Heaven from God”, and this is what Abraham was waiting for, this was the “Something better” than the actual land split up between the twelve Tribes of Israel, Abraham never received from God that actual inheritance, and neither did Moses, no, they both are waiting for the Birth, the Death and the Resurrection, and then the return of Jesus, the Christ, because all those Saints, of Gods people, who do not inherit the actual land allotments, inherit Jesus Christ, and all that he has bestowed upon him from God.

7

Well then, we have read a little of the account of the Messiah to come having started in the days of Adam and Eve, from the disobedience the Serpent exposed in them: We see that Abraham was given the Promises of the “Seed” which is referring to the Messiah, and also the promise of the Land allotments to the seeds of Abraham: we see that Moses was well informed that the Messiah is to be a Prophet, and a Servant like him, there are more things towards all this, like the Brazen Snake up on a pole, the account of this relating in likeness to the saving power of the Messiah, or Saviour of mankind to come, the book of Numbers 21:9, and John 3:14.

The Promise to King David

The book of 2 Samuel Chapter 7: verses 12 to 16. Is the account of the promise of God through Nathan the Prophet, given to King David, that the Messiah would come from David’s seed issue out of his bowels; some people say that this is Solomon spoken of in these verses, yet it is not, it is definitely the scripture that the Apostles refer to in the New Testament, that is the Promise from God to King David. Let’s look at the main points that clearly tell us who this Promise is about, Go to verse 12. It tells us that David will be dead when God will set up David’s seed, which shall proceed out of his bowels, Solomon is already born, so it is not him the promise is of, but in turn Solomon’s seed will be used to carry on from King David’s seed issue, and down on through the generations as In Matthew 1: 1-17. Now another point to note right here is Solomon became King Solomon and took over the Throne, while King David was still alive! Now remember, the person this Promise was about, and the kingdom which was to be setup by God for, was not to be born until after King David’s death! So once again proving that the Promise being made in 2 Samuel 7: 12-14, was and could not have been Solomon.
Looking at verse 13, some say this proves it is about Solomon because he built a House for God, and yes he did the building of the House that David setup to be built, but that was a physical material building: verse 13 refers to a spiritual house that the Messiah will build up, built up of Obedient people to God, coming through The Messiah who is Jesus. And verses 13 and 16 tell us that this Kingdom and Throne that will be setup by God and then added to by the Messiah, will be established forever; now King Solomon’s Throne and Kingdom, did not last the full time of Solomon’s life, therefore was not forever; Solomon fell out of Grace with God and lost his Throne and Kingdom, because Solomon took on seven hundred or so wives, and they turned him to Idol worshipping: God Who had made a Covenant with Solomon in 1 Kings 9:4-9, bought Solomon down for what he had done, and cut off Solomon’s rule over the Throne and Kingdom in the way he did according to 1Kings 11:1-14, note verses 12 and 13 as to how God did it. That is, God took it out of the hand of Solomon’s son, but not all of it, God did this to keep the Throne and Kingdom without completely breaking it, thus enabling the Promise he made to King David to stay in effect ready for the Messiah’s Throne and Kingdom, (When the Messiah returns he comes to the inheritance and Promise, the Throne of David.)
Let’s go back to 2 Samuel 7:14. “I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:” --- these kinds of words are in keeping with what God has said in Isaiah, about the Messiah to come at that time, and in this case is not of Solomon.

8

I think the time has come to look at some of the Major Prophets and what they have to say, what God gave them to Prophesy of the coming Messiah at that time, and let’s go to Isaiah, where there are some good examples, we should look at the most obvious.

Isaiah

Isaiah 11:1-5 “And there shall come forth a rod out of the root of Jesse, and a blossom shall come up from his root, and the spirit of God shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and godliness shall fill him; the spirit of the fear of God. He shall not judge according to appearance, nor reprove according to report: but he shall judge the cause of the lowly, and shall reprove the lowly of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the word of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he destroy the ungodly one. And he shall have his loins girt with righteousness, and his sides clothed with truth.” --- This is spoken of the Messiah that is to come at that time. --- Who is Jesse? Jesse is the Father of King David, refer to Matt1:6, and a blossom as Isaiah refers to the Messiah.
Now look at Isaiah 42:1-4 “Behold my servant, whom I up hold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the gentiles. He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he hath set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law.” --- This is spoken of the Messiah to come in those days. --- refer to Matthew 12:16-21, which backs that up from Jesus the Christ.
Isaiah Chapter 53: this whole chapter is dedicated to Gods description of the Messiah that was to come, read it carefully, and you will see a Physical description of Jesus the Messiah, as in verse 2 as it says “He had no form of comeliness: and when we shall see him there is no beauty that we would desire him”. And in verse 3 “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; He was despised, and we esteemed him not.” – This man that is described here is Jesus, He was not a handsome man, not good looking at all, he was a sorrowful looking man, sorrow was on his face, and he showed in his looks that he had a lot of grief, and that grief and sorrow, was bought on him by what he saw in mankind in the world.
Read this Chapter 53 of Isaiah, and all its verses, and compare it with what the Jesus who died on the cross was like, you will soon see that the one that was crucified called Jesus, he was the Messiah; then being that Jesus was that Messiah which God told the Prophets of, Then he is the one who has been raised, and he is set at the right hand of God the most high, in the highest Heaven, Jesus then is the immortal Man Messiah according to God and Jesus testimony; God is Alpha and Omega the first and last God; Jesus the Christ is Alpha and Omega, the first and the last Mortal man Messiah, and now Immortal man Messiah.
Perhaps now you have had some of these things pointed out, you may be able to understand more of what you read in Scriptures, and see more of what Jesus tells us is written of him in the books of Moses and the Psalms and the Prophets.

9

What is of ultimate importance is that you gain a conviction (that is an exact or accurate knowledge of Gods word), and that yes, for sure Jesus is the Promised Messiah, that it was him who died on the Cross for the sins of all mankind who come through him to God in repentance.
Dear reader, there is just so much that can be written on this subject, and all the scriptures and Gospels, but much of what we will learn of the exact knowledge, will come to us as God sees we are ready for it, as we gain higher levels of understandings from God, he will give more understandings, it can take a life time of never ending learning, but what we have to push hard for, is that Knowledge that will save us from the deceived teachers of the Devil, and strive for that knowledge that will lead us into the Kingdom of God.
May God bless you with the skill of understanding, the knowledge of his word, and the wisdom to know what to do with it. Amen.
